This laser cutting machine adopts a closed structure and adopts laser radiation-proof glass that complies with health and safety regulations. When the equipment is running, the light pollution and smoke pollution caused by laser cutting are reduced. The cast iron bed is used to increase the structural strength of the bed; the uniquely designed exchange platform can be exchanged within 15 seconds, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency.

The internal structure of the bed is made of high-quality metal and consists of many welded special-shaped rectangular tube sections. To increase the strength and possible deformation of the frame, each section is reinforced with stiffeners. After welding, the frame goes through a high temperature annealing procedure to relieve stress in the metal.
